We Don't Ask For Personal Information
If you are sending a communication to your employer, we dont even as you who you are. This way, you are as anonymous as you choose to be. We only ask you for personally identifying information when you are requesting professional assistance such as legal advice, or other professional employment help.
Your Employer Must Agree to Respect Your Rights
Before reading your communication, your employer must sign a release agreeing not to seek you out or penalize you. You will have a legal document electronically signed on your behalf prior to any actual communication being revealed. You are also protected by our terms of use.
We Do Not Keep Identifying Information On Our Servers
We do not store any records (such as IP addresses) on our servers that could be subject to hacking.
