Anonymous Employee provides you a number of resources to assist you with workplace issues. The main thing we do is provide you with an anonymous communication tool. Through this site, you can communicate concerns to your company confidentially. We provide a forum where you can make your point but still remain anonymous. Your employer must agree to respect your anonymity before receiving your concern. You remain protected.
The Benefits:
With the Anonymous Employee system, you can communicate with your employer, without having to take all the risk of speaking out directly. If you choose to register (free) then you can also get a response from your employer about your concern. Your employer can review your problem, and respond to you within this forum. You can even log back in another day, and continue to discuss your issue. For your benefit, your company must agree ahead of time that all communication will be treated as anonymous.
Issues such as corporate fraud, harassment, workplace bullying, pay inequities, unjust termination or warnings, workplace safety and more should be resolved in a positive, constructive setting where employees can speak out without jeopardizing their jobs. All great change comes from within, and this is your opportunity to express what changes need to happen at your job.
The Costs:
There is no cost to employees to use our online communication process.
The User Forum:
If you have a question that you would like advice to, feel free to select a category on the left. Then, you can enter the user forum and either ask a question, read responses to other questions, or rate the different advice that other people have offered. Either way, we are providing you with a tool that we hope will be of benefit to you.
