I have a co-worker who has gone to great lengths to discredit me whenever possible. I recently presented evidence to my managers of my work records being deliberately altered by this person. He received a token slap on the wrist and the bullying continues unabated. I have made up my mind that the next time this happens, I will present the evidence to management and walk out and refuse to return until something concrete is done. What rights do I have if I do this?
