This is the problem the employee is having:
I am working with a supervisor who rumors and belittles me behind my back, looking for other co-workers to side with him in his aggression towards me. One such apprentice is his lead hand, who will use his loud mouth to belittle me in front of others.

I am here to find out how I can effectively deal with this situation without having to terminate employment, which I am prepared for if it eventually leads to that.

A discussion is needed in this situation with the "bullies" before taking the issue to a higher level, but would presenting documentation to them which defines the meaning and characteristics of Workplace Bullying help or hinder the situation ?
