This is the problem the employee is having:
I have a coworker that has been with the company for 4 years and everyday she makes sure that I know that she knows people and that if it weren't for her I would not have a job. From the beginning she made sure that I knew that she was "THE QUEEN BEE".She is always on the phone with her husband or child arguing loudly and getting up to walk away when there customers come to schedule. She always points out my shortcomings and runs to the boss when I make a mistake bit when she makes mistake she overlooks it.I come in early and do not punch in and she takes full advantage and leaves her desk and leaves me to do work that I have not punched in for.
