This is the problem the employee is having:
This has been over a year since it happened, but it has troubled me ever since. I had a job I really like, but then I got placed with a supervisor who was a complete sociopath. She verbally abused me almost everyday, when other supervisors loved me and wanted me to work for them. She lied and said they didn't like me, and she eventually convinced the main boss to let her fire me. She was abusing me and than used that to make me look like I was incompetent, when she was damaging my ability to do my job. Unfortunately the laws don't protect you from bullying on the job unless you are bullied for being a member of a "protected group", based on your ethnicity, gender, religion, etc. This just isn't fair.

Is there any lawsuit I can pursue against this company, or this individual? She didn't like me, it's simple as that. That's still discrimination, and it should be punished the same as punishing discrimination against a member of a protected group!!
