This is the problem the employee is having:
The CEO met with me and informed me that the program I was supervising was being divided and I would now be a therapist. He stated that my salary would remain the same. I informed him that I would like to discuss my current salary because I was aware of individuals that were hired after me but were being paid more than me. I became aware that a new salary scale for all employees had been configured by the HR Director, but the ED and COO recalculated salaries and gave substantial raises to a few employees. I've been waiting for over two weeks for them to contact me about my salary review. My salary only raised $17 per pay period. A week later the CEO announced in a staff meeting that my position was being abolished but my salary would stay the same. Where do I begin because I have been discriminated against and at my job the retaliation is insurmountable. They rule through fear and intimidation.
