  This is the problem the employee is having:  
Wondering if it is discrimination when second shift always has to do the changes and modify everything all the time. examples as of resent we worked are overtime after are shift was done for 2 hours seems logical now they are over lapin all the overtime making us come in earlier in order to get it. keep in mind people are not allowed to leave early if they hit 8 hours im only saying this do to i have M.S. and it was an option the other way around so now im s.o.l. not to mention all the advancements are all on first shift suck as cell leaders and so on when we don't even have a single one on are shift. The list goes on.  


  Please suggest some advice for this employee:
