This is the problem the employee is having:
I was being discriminated against in a variety of ways by the principal in the school where I was the librarian. The incident that led me to file a grievance against him was the letter he left in my mailbox with a list of things for me to do to improve classroom management. I was already doing these things with documentation to support my claims. My grievance was a waste of time. I was non-renewed in the middle of the grievance process. Recently, I lost an offered position because of his reference and the non-renewal. What options do I have at this point?
