This is the problem the employee is having:
I have worked for a hospital in my area 3 times during my career. I was terminated for being rude?

I asked a lawyer, to request my employee file and no documentation was in the file documenting the time, date or a description of the incident just a brief form indicating if ever should this happen again I would be terminated. I appealed and no response. I worked 8 months when I was ask to meet in the office and terminated. No documentation was presented to me. The file does not show a history of said problem.

Several questions.
When a lawyer request your employee file for the purpose of legal action, can at later date can the employer add additional information?

For termination, does the employer have to document or show documentation of alleged occurrence, and the individuals involved?
