This is the problem the employee is having:
I was currently employed for Davids Bridal for over 4 yrs and I had a situation come upon my household where I needed to miss one day of work on a sat, which I informed the Manager during the week that I may not be able to come to work due to my ride situation. Well, I did call on that sat to enform her that I wouldn't be able to come into work, and she would never come to the telephone to talk to me, by that Sunday she had taken me out the system and fired me by that Monday. I want my job back at the company, but the Manager that fired me has in the system that I was an attendance issue and Im not rehirable. I don't agree with this status because I filed for unemployment with the company and received it so if it was a fault of mine then i would not have been granted unemployment from this company, What are my steps for getting my job back due to falsifying information and I didn't sign any writeup papers?
