  This is the problem the employee is having:  
I came into work after being off my regular two day. To find out I was being place on suspension possible investigation for possible associate misconduct. My boss then took me to human resource where we talk about my work check list that I'm required to do daily. Which is still new to me he then ask me did I know everything on the checklist I told him to most part, which I been doing for three weeks, he ask me why I did not check these showrooms.I told him I did not no about theses others room but did check my regular show rooms. Now these other room are not on my check list. But are a different type of show room that I was unaware of..come to fine out after being sent home I was told to come in the very next day to find out right then And there I was term for falsification, my check was already to go but the date on my term paper and my check was a different date. I was term before being place on suspension. I said to my self this is crazy who get term. Then get check and term paper was already done and issue before he even talk to me.
