This is the problem the employee is having:
My boss forced me to sign a legal document when I did not want to at all. He gave me no choice and told me everything would be ok. Well it didn't sit nice with me afterwards and plus issues were starting to arise. I asked him how we could fix this and he denied ever even knowing anything. He also took me in his office and told me to drop it and never bring it up again. He was not nice about it at all. I went to HR and during the investigation by HR the entire office spoke about it even though it is supposed to be confidential. Work became unbearable and I was afraid of my boss so I resigned. Now I am out of work and it just isnt fair! The boss was demoted but still works there. I probably shouldn't have resigned but i did. what should I do? Is there anything i can do?
