  This is the problem the employee is having:  
Since June I was offered a nanny position full-time under a company. I am salary and the agreement in the summer was that I work some hours in the office and the remainder with the children since they were at summer camp. When the school Year started I was needed to be at the office so my hours remained 25 instead of 40. After 6 months of employment the employer took off 3 days, and usually when she takes time off, I still get paid for it. However; she did not and when I questioned her about it, she stated, that since they have not been giving 40 hours that she decided not to pay me for those days. I explained this was her agreement and furthermore; I may not work 40 physical hours, but I am on call.

So I quit. Can this be allowed?
