	This is the problem the employee is having:

	I work in the health field,there were a couple of incidents were I told the truth which got my supervisor into trouble. She knows it was me now I feel she is harassing me.She makes accusations of me not charting or not finishing work,comforts me on different things and later are found not to be true. Basically she has been nick picking with me on different occasions.
