  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
I started working at this restaurant and I get paid under minimum wage 3.50 when its 4.35 I work 5 days a week for 3.5 hours a day. I don't make much in tips lucky to take home 20 bucks. I recently caught him skimming a couple dollars off my credit card tips. He said it was a mistake. Today I checked the slips without him knowing not that I'm not supposed to and he did it again twice not too much but a dollar or two here and there adds up. He also thinks he only has to pay me for 3.25 of my 3.5 hours everyday. Its totally wrong and I need my job and could use those tips that are left for me. Its not the hardest job but I work hard for it. What should I do.. In Iowa
