  This is the problem the employee is having:  
My line manger falsified work programmes, to make it look as if I had under achieved my work, and produced these papers at my disciplinary which I got a final written warning, of course my appeal is in and my M.D. is handling my case, but my line managers brother is construction director of the company, but I have the original programmes and so has my contractors, I have given these to my M.D. Will I get rescinded, and if I do will my line manager be prosecuted? Or will I have to take him to court myself, ?
