  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
I work for mobile carrier and my team lead instructed me to do something that was incorrect and I put the team leads name in the document like the policy states. The team lead is denying that he told me to do the wrong thing of course. So now it's my word against his. There is no way to prove that this is what he told me to do. So what can I do if there is anything at all.
