  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
My employer has falsified our performance reviews. We were not given our reviews, but our employer signed off on them as though we had and the reviews were sent to the corporate office. We had to find out through our paycheck whether we got a raise or not. Also, previously as to our employee surveys, random #'s were put into a hat or box, we would pick a #, then take the computer survey. This was done so that the employee's comments are kept confidential because of fear of retaliation. Our employer now "hands out" to us our personal #, then goes back later into the computer to see what each person comments are. The employer was questioned about their actions by another employee in the presence of a supervisor and our human resource director. The employer became angry and now wants to know the name of the employee who gave out the information.
