  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
My immediate superior of a thirty something employees office, in a theater, is an alcoholic. Within 4 years, about 5 persons have worked at my position. He is there since 2 years, and everybody before me left and I was told by some of them, which I happen to know, that they suffered like me from his incompetence, bad odor, insecurity, lack of organization and inappropriate management.Some of them told his director(president of the organization), but nothing happened.

I am there since now 9 months. I love my job ans my duties, I feel I am the good person to be there, but I am already starting to feel stressed by all his demands, insecurity ( i sometimes have to remind him 5 times of an appointment, an e-mail to answer, and I am not his assistant), and strong alcool smell. He spends his whole days smoking outside and on some mornings, he sits really near me, inappropriate, to ask me to review informations for him. I am about to burst and say, go away and get cured !! I know it is not the thing to do. Now, the president left (but is staying in the council) and it will take time to replace him. The interim is now one of his friend, so he knows already about his problems.

I would like to get some advice to improve my quality of life at work.
