There is currently an employee that happens to smoke. She smokes in her house, in her car and all the way to work. The problem is that we have an asthmatic employee that had an asthma attack at work because when the smoking employee walks in the door the odor is overwhelming. I have been chosen as the lucky person to tell the smoking employee about this issue... help me
