  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
I used to love going to my job. Constant, one hour deadlines, plenty of customers with stories, working around things involved with my hobby, it was wonderful. I passed 4 technical levels, which gave me 4 raises that put me at an hourly wage of a whopping $9/hr though the girl who is 4 months ahead of me (but at the same level) makes $9.25. Not to mention that the girl who makes more does less work according to my store manager, verified by the district manager.

It is agreed by authorities that I am the main lab person. I even went to management training classes through the company, requiring an hour and a half drive from work to the class and another hour and a half back, just to have them say at the close of the training that it was simply "employee enrichment" and there was no wage incentive attached to it what-so-ever, though they were sure to expect me to take on lots of clerical/managerial responsibilities. They tell me that I need to increase my sales, though my technical training keeps me tied up to the lab and puts my hours well in danger of over time (a big no-no in our company) AND they've recently decided that they want us to do daily training via internet module on a computer at the front of the store, during business hours. Many customers get annoyed if we can't respond to them right away, I'm pretty sure that they think we're playing solitare. Just one more expectation without compensation. Isn't there any justice?
