  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
First time I've ever enjoyed a job, and was relying on this to help me get my life started. I have a two year old, doesn't live with me. My plan was to work there, try for a grant and/or for a loan...Using it for a 2-year, fast-track for nursing on the net... Use $ from nursing to pay for further college. Also it took me around 8 mos. To get that job...And I'm 22 and need to grow up and create a comfortable life.My ex boss(this was today)told me to shut something off,keep in mind that I've only been there for 4 days,I went to turn it off, and was labeled incorrectly. He didn't hesitate to fire me on the spot. Can I do anything about this? Anything legal.
