This is the original problem from an employee...
Haven't been around him on a daily basis but what time I've experienced encounters he's been full of anger and truly aggressive toward, gosh, only the women in the related offices he works with. He's yelled at me at lease 3xs my answer is; "sorry I wont do that again, I'll do better etc.", which shuts him down. But I've heard his yelling at others over the phone which makes me want to run away--it shuts down my thought processes makes me feel like a deer in the headlights. I talked to my supervisor who in stead of engaging me in a conference went directly to the "yelling fellow", who sat w/me and told me he considered this insubordination and went over my job description. Now I am anticipating a cooperate shake down on me a harassment and punishment due to my "plead to not yell at me". Naturally I am looking for another job. But remain fearful and especially afraid to write to HR and tell them my side--which I believe boss has already attempted to have me fired through HR cause they called right after the talk...
