This is the original problem from an employee...
One of my bosses read a note that was with my paperwork at a meeting. It was a bible verse. 'Don't throw your pearls to pigs" He came to me after the meeting and started by saying.
"It's not pigs, it's swine. And I don't appreciate you saying this. He was so angry and proceed to walk away. I told him that it was not about him. That he needed to put his ego aside.
I tried to talk to him but he tore into me telling me I was not appropriate. He then told me that what I wrote about another boss was inappropriate. I told him I didn't know what I he was talking about. He point toward my binders lifted it up ,and pulled another note out that said. Sandy's legs look big today. I said what is your problem. He started screaming and I screamed right back. I told him that this wasn't the end of this conversation.

Unless you work for a religious organization, bible verses have no place in a meeting. Also you are an adult at work not a child at school so writing notes about co-workers is an actionable offence. It seems to me the mere fact that you feel your behavior is correct and that you "screamed right back at him, that you are a very immature person. Please take a look at your conduct before you accuse someone of bullying you in the workplace. I am sure you havent gone to HR about this as likely you will be the one with a reprimand.
