imy employer fired me because they dont need the additonal job that was assigned tome.
i was a bank teller for 10 years.one day the head office assigned me at one of their branches.suddenly,the branch manager gave me an additional job which is telephone operator but my salary remained unchanged.
after six months of working, i was terminated because they longer need the services of the telephone operator.
is it right??

That happens. It isnt right, but it is life. Always look at changes and promotions with some skepticism. It is possible that this was planned all along, but it might just be bad luck.
