Can you help this person? They have a problem with
Favoritism and need some advice.

This is the original problem from an employee...
Is it considered favoritism if there is company wide dress code but only certain people can wear what the dress code says you shouldn't wear? When you question this you are told its not your business leave it alone. If you think what you are wearing is within the dress code but are told its not but to have someone come in the next day wearing the same thing and they were never told a thing, is that favoritism or discrimination especially if you are only person of your race that works there. Can you help me please???
