This is the original problem from an employee...
Our head supervisor has a close relationship with one employee. Both are white males. Both are married to Koreans. Supervisor made all other employees move to a new position except the one with whom he has a close relationship. They do activities outside of the office. Employee was assured a new position in a high pay grade which he has no experience and has no educational background. They go to lunch together and return to work late. We are all very frustrated. Would appreciate any help.

This is clearly not a good situation. Even though "what you do, comes back to you", a little help to resolve it may be needed. I would type up a detailed description as you have done and send it anonymously to a superior of theirs. DO NOT LET ANYONE KNOW YOU DID THIS OR YOU MAY SUFFER SOME CONSEQUENCES. Maybe something positive will come out of it.
