We have a family working for our company, mother, husband and step-daughter, working in one department, who don't seem to have to account for their poor work ethics. The director of the department has this family work on their own personal agenda eg: painting their house, cleaning, yard work etc, they are available 24/7 for the directors own personal use. As the supervisor in this department I am continually frustrated with the lack of good work performance of the aforesaid individuals. The GM has been informed of the problem,(this is a gated community with a board of directors) but seems ineffectual as to what to do. I'm ready to give my notice even though I am the only qualified pool operator in the establishment. We have 3 large pools and 2 wading pools. I would welcome any constructive advice. Thanks |
