This is the original problem from an employee...
A couple of years ago, the principal of the school I work at sent out a survey to parents. The survey had a lot of questions where the answers were multiple choice and there were some questions where a response was required.
Upon seeing the results of the survey, our principal didn't like some of what she saw and found out who the parents were that wrote some of the more unfavorable responses.
At a faculty meeting shortly following the results coming out, she admitted finding out who one of the parents were, and then laughed about it. The specific comment that was written said that our principal was not a visible figure. The principal then made sure that she stood in front of that persons car at pickup time pretty much on a daily basis after that. All the while laughing about it with certain (favorite) staff members. I didn't think it was funny at all.
I have been tempted to report her behavior to the Human Resource Department at the Archdiocese because it was so unethical. The parents who filled out this survey believed that their responses would be anonymous and they actually were not.
Along with many other staff members at our school, I fear for the safety of my job. She has also been known to "target" specific people, so NO ONE would dare report her. I am tired of people being dishonest and getting away with it. Especially someone who is supposed to be such an upstanding "figure". I am afraid though, what if she found out it was me? Even though I know I'm right, I'm not sure that the faculty who actually heard her confession would admit that they heard her say it for fear of losing their jobs.

I would report her and find another job. This isn't right and she needs to be realize that she is wrong. I couldn't work with someone so dishonest and rude. If you dont then she will continue to do this to other people. Also, you are nopt happy working for her and you shouldn't have to walk around there feeling that way. Get out or get her out and get a good honest boss in there! Good Luck:)
