This is the original problem from an employee...
I was brought into the office with our HR investigator, he said that the HR team received a call stating that I falsified documents on a certain date. He showed me the invoice and asked me whose initials were in the the first box and I stated that they were mine and he asked whose initials were in the 2nd box CRS...I stated that it was nobody's initials they stand for Customer refused to sign. I as well as fellow employees have used this practice for at least the past 5 years and I forwarded him invoices showing this fact. Do you think I will lose my job or do you feel this was a misunderstanding as he had no clue that those initial were not from an actual person?

It sounds like a misunderstanding. Hopefully everything works out. I wouldnt aggravate the situation, just try to be polite and respectful.
