I work for a company where pay is based on commission.I noticed last month my collections for the company were substantially lower than normal (along with other employees). We've had countless meetings and no one could figure out where the money we collected had gone. I found out today (by accident) the owner has a separate bank account that the money we collect is going into, not the company account, and he is not reimbursing the clients the money he owes; therefore I'm not being paid what I'm owed for the money I collect. I want to know how I can have this investigated without implicating myself and others. I like the company I work for, but I just want to be compensated for my hard work. Thanks! |
