This is the original problem from an employee...
I work at a popular fast food restaurant location, and we’re always very busy. That being said, we also get a lot of weird customer requests, angry customers, and other things that the crew just can’t handle alone. Unfortunately, even in the busiest times, there is only one supervisor on the floor, and that simply isn’t enough to go around. As a crew person, I’m essentially “nobody” in the company, but I find it frustrating and humiliating giving such poor service to the customers. They’re paying money after all. Don’t they deserve better?

Yes, of course they deserve the best. They make up the company. Sometimes I think employees also lose track of the fact that there is a business to run and there are business needs. Costs play a big factor in employing one or two supervisors. If there is a suggestion box I would suggest a position for an assitant supervisor or lead position especially during lunch rush.
