This is the original problem from an employee...
We employee many employees that English is their second language. some positions are safety sensitive and the front line supervisors are asking for direction to be better communicators.

Communication comes in many forms from verbal to written and different degrees of detail are needed.

Do you know of any successful programs that have helped front line supervisors increase their communication ability?

I think maybe you should worry about your communication skills. If you type emails that are in broken English, like your opening sentence above, you are surely one of the main factors in poor organizational communications.
