You should learn different language.
You should speak louder to show her confidence.
You should do some courses about communication skills.
You should have a smile on your face.
More eye contact is needed.
A positive attitude should be shown in the interview.
Don't be late for your interview.

Your writing skills here are showing the same weakness. I get the impression that English is not your first or primary language, and if that is truly the case, you need to improve in that area else pursue a job in your native language.

Refine your reading and writing skills. While speaking, off the cuff, as it were, may not be your greatest strength, if you can demonstrate your ability to read directions, policies, and regulated literature you may improve your chances of more gainful employment. This is what I did.

If you speak, like you type, than it's clear. Your English is broken. 1) I attended an interview (not the) 2) I asked the interviewer why I was rejected, he stated "it was due to poor communication skills." 3) In order to become an employee with this organization you need to improve your communication skills. Try reading books on grammar and professional magazines such as Business Weekly.
