We have a new finance manager who started work in our company 9 months ago. She feels that she has great powers in the company and disregard any suggestion by other managers who are 9-10 years senior in the office.. She further proofs this by changing most admin and financial procedures for the sake of changing. She speaks very arrogantly to her subordinates and to our very important vendors just to show that she is superior. Though academically she is not that qualified, she works long hours to impress the boss, though no one knows what she is doing after office hours - as the rest of the managers know that there is really nothing much to do after office hours. She nags & nags at the slightest things and talks badly about staffs for very minor matters.
Ever since she join the company, no single person in the office is happy to work with her except the fact that she has impress the boss with her long unproductive hours. Our boss is stationed overseas 80% of the time and visit the office occasionally.
This is not only my problem but also of my colleagues.
