I work selling transit tickets in various areas and times. I carry the money on my person and travel by transit to the selling locations. I feel very unsafe and scared most of the time. Most of the time I do not have security with me, as I was promised when hired. I have discussed this with my supervisor, but have been given no reassurances that any permanent changes will be made. When asking my colleagues,no one has the same concerns as I, and I have been advised to not "push it", or there could be some negative repercussions. How should I proceed? Who do I talk to next? |
