Anonymous Employee provides employees with the opportunity to express anonymous problems and concerns in the workplace. Employees can inform their employer through anonymous communication about the issues they face in the workplace.

About Us

Until now, there were very few options when you have had a problem at work. You could either ignore it, or try to change it. Trying to make changes normally involves openly speaking out against your employer and can sometimes lead to retaliation or termination.

Current "blow the whistle" programs are typically limited to accounting fraud or large acts of injustice. Many times, large costly issues have grown out of small ones. Anonymous Employee endeavors to assist with the resolution of concerns, both large and small, in a cost effective, anonymous forum.

Why this site was created: Anonymous Employee was created to fill the communication gap that exists in most workplaces. We provide employees and employers an opportunity to discuss issues that affect productivity and morale. When issues such as sexual harassment, bullying, or discrimination, affect your workplace, speak out early before the problem grows too large. We are here to help both employer and employee resolve concerns.

What we do: We provide you with an opportunity to express yourself without taking the risk you normally would by sticking up your hand and openly raising issues. Let's face it, there is a time and a place for everything. Sometimes the time is now, and the place is an anonymous forum. Often, we know what changes need to be made in order to create a better company and a happier work environment. It is up to you to communicate those needs to your employer.
