Anonymous Employee provides you with a secure, private way to communicate with your employer to let them know what is on your mind. If you would like to send an anonymous message to your employer, you may use the Anonymous Employee service at no cost.

 

There are two main methods of voicing your concern with Anonymous Employee.
   
 
Anonymous Employee provides employees with the opportunity to express anonymous problems and concerns in the workplace. Employees can inform their employer through anonymous communication about the issues they face in the workplace.
  1. Send a Message. (1-way)
I don't need a reply from the recipient
I don't want to know if the message was received
My identity will remain anonymous
   
2. Start a Dialogue. (2-way)
I want to get a reply from the recipient
I want to know if the message was read
My identity will remain anonymous

 

"Send a Message" is one-way communication and you will not be able to check and see if your concern was forwarded or not. Also, you will not be able to get a response from your intended recipient. Creating a login account is highly recommended as you can get an anonymous response from your employer, and also from us. We can let you know if your message has been forwarded.



Anonymous Employee reserves the right not to forward any message that is deemed inappropriate. This means that if you swear, curse, threaten with harm, or cause a perceived violation of laws or appropriate behavior, your concern will not be forwarded.

This tool is provided to you, as an employee, at no cost so that you can raise issues without having to absorb the risk that you normally do if you speak out or blow the whistle. Should you abuse this tool then it will not longer be free. Please use common sense and discretion.
