I just started a job 2 weeks ago and I am in training for the next 3 months. One of the other people training who started a month before me and who has been a friend of mine for years is harassing me on a daily basis. I do not understand his behavior as he has never acted this way towards me before, he even encouraged me to apply for the job so that we could work together. I am finding it very difficult to deal with this situation, please help.
