I work at a major home improvement company have worked for them 14 years, and at four different stores. The last store is a bear. We have a new manager (one week). I have been told not to park in the managers parking place or my truck would be towed. Then was told that my pay would have to be lowered because I was a new employee, 14 years [duh]. Then was told by the manager my equipment license was no good and that I had to take the test over again.

I reported this to the HR Manager in the store but got more crap from the manager. I'm 56 yrs old. Its not like I just hired in. What can I do now? I have to close just about every nite 2-11. We have a corporate schedule, but I'm the only one in my dept thats not on it. I work with another older person and some times he gets it too. Also when we close we have to close by ourselves the others have help.
