This is the problem the employee is having:
I was wrongfully terminated due to my co-worker filed second degree assault for touching her back and hand for us to talk about why she threw paperwork at me in my office, she refused to talk and walked away, there was a witness who wanted to mediate, i was not trying to hurt her in anyway, i went to court today to defend myself, my witness came as well to testify. The girl didn't even show up. I'm still unemployed, I can't collect unemployment because I've only been working at this job for about 4 months, I'm sending my resume like crazy, no response at all, what can I do to revenge her in legal way? Any suggestions would help.
