I am currently working in an office where my coworker is taking money. I am 100% sure this is happening. My problem is this...She is the employee everyone trust and she more or less rules the roost. There is a possibility that she and one of the owners were involved in the past. I am afraid if I tell, that I will be set up and fired. A person was fired 2 yrs ago for stealing the money and she did not do it. She did not have proof and I do. They believed the real person that is stealing over the innocent party. I feel like I need to report this. I can not sleep at night and I feel that if I don't report it, it will continue and/or I will get the blame and be set up. I am having a hard time watching her take the money right beside me. The other girl tried to take them to court, but one of the owners dug up something from her past as an excuse to fire her. Please help.
