This is the problem the employee is having:

I'm completely scared of what is to come from this situation I have at work...On Monday when I came in to work, I'm in charge of hazmat and I had to verify that over the weekend hazmat was completed and that it was in the binder.

Saturday was in there, but it was brought to my attention that Sundays weren't, and so I went to the opening manager on Monday to ask who opened Sunday. I found out who it was and she wanted me to backdate hazmat for that day and she inputted her name and initialed it and was put in the binder. I felt that I couldn't tell the manager no I cant do this without knowing what the consequences would be. I want to know what should I do???
