I was terminated when my supervisor said that I did not offer enough help to a customer. However the customer where experiencing serious medical problems. Well, when filing for unemployment they told me why I was fired. Not only did they said I was fired for not offering enough help I was also accused of falsifying documentation. Before they asked for the clients folder I made preliminary notes and was not finished writing notes. I told them that was not finished they still needed the folder, I gave them the folder hesitant about my preliminary notes. After getting the chart back I made my finished notes. Was I really falsifying documentation?
