We have a standard timesheet we submit to our supervisor who in turn signs and faxes them over to our main office. I noticed that when I recieved my paycheck that I was missing time. I asked for a copy of my timesheet and noticed my supervisor had made changes to it after I had signed and submitted it.I did not say anything but the following paycheck it was done again. Can a supervisor make changes to a timesheet without consulting the employee?I know my hours are in fact correct because I keep a personal copy for my records. By my supervisor making changes it looks like I am falsifing my timesheet and cheating the company which can get me terminated. How do I approach this matter?
