  This is the problem the employee is having:  
Have you ever met a coworker and something in your gut signaled a problem? I have. In every case, all instances of contact with "that" person have had a detrimental effect. They are trouble from that day forward. I've combed the web for instances of workplace bullying. So far unless you're willing to pay, no answers. I believe questions tell us more than answers sometimes. My greatest question is why? Why, do they follow you to keep it going once you disengage. Why, do office bullies spread poison to everyone you come in contact with. The term is character assassination. There is no making a deal with the devil. Bullies don't accept apologies often viewing them as concessions. When someone intends to end you they are not concerned with negotiation. It appears that supervisors vicariously feed on the drama. Sometimes Supervisors let the bully maintain quality control of the workforce. Often the bully does things to you that the Supervisor's position prohibits them from acting out. Once you report the matter, you become a tattle tale=pariah. It is after all easier to get rid of the trouble maker than to get to the root of the problem. The solution involves confrontation and corrective action. A price that neither the employee/employer may not be willing to pay. Maybe that's why you were transfered all of a sudden or quit. My one word of advice is to keep a journal outside the workplace and record all of your concerns. A journal provides a time line in case God forbid any escalation occurs. Corporate America calls that a paper trail when they want to state their case. What's yours?
