A person with whom I work refuses to talk to me; choosing rather to talk behind my back to our supervisor - I have been put in a position where I try to avoid this person as much as possible but now this person is taking the situation to a higher level and a meeting has been arranged with our supervisor, us and the department head. I believe I will be ambushed in this meeting - I must mention that I have had personality clashes before this. I am too direct and outspoken.
