  This is the problem the employee is having:  
Ours is Hospitality Industry. I being in HR have come across behaviour pattern of Managerial category departmental heads dealing with their own staff in very harsh attitude.
Problems like:-
Boss does not wanted to listen the explanation of his own staffs moreover the staff is being treated so badly, shouting very harshly, that the staff itself discourage to visit boss office for any problem. Not approachable. Boss completely depend on his Assts words and do not put any efforts to verify with staff or counsel staffs or reprimand staffs.
