  This is the problem the employee is having:  
 
 
 
Although smoking is not permitted in the office, we have quite a few smokers that on break smoke a lot. When they return to the office, as it is a cube environment, the lingering smoke odor remains. We now have employees that have had an adverse reaction to the odor. However, perfume smells have not been an issue. Any advise on how to handle in a tactful manner of course? Thank you for assistance.
